Derrick Prescott - Personal Injury
Derrick Prescott has over 40 years experience of dealing with personal injury and medical negligence claims, having been a partner with a midlands firm prior to setting up his own practice in 1976. He has a vast amount of experience having dealt with a variety of claims including high value and medical negligence claims.
He also specialises in probate and civil matters.

Richard Prescott - Personal Injury
Richard Prescott qualified as a Solicitor in 2004. He previously worked with the firm for seven years as a Paralegal. He deals with a variety of civil matters including contract and landlord and tenant. He specialises in personal injury work which includes road traffic accident, employers liability (work accidents), and slipping and tripping claims.

Mr Martin Easton - Conveyancing
Martin Easton studied law at Sheffield University and obtained an LLB (Hons). He joined Prescotts in 1978 having previously worked for another local firm. Martin mainly deals with conveyancing both residential and commercial.
He also deals with matrimonial matters including divorce, ancillary relief (financial matters and court applications involving children).
